Pacific Sport Okanagon is offering two free on-line workshops to help coaches and parents as well as athletes cultivate a more positive body image. Attendance is FREE. On February 23, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm, they will be hosting the first workshop for coaches and parents (key influencers). This session will be delivered by
