Chilliwack ringette association is now accepting coaching applications for the 2021-2022 ringette season. Head coach, assistant coach, managers and jr coaches (coach-in-training), all positions available for divisions FUNdamentals, U10, U12, U14, U16, 18+.
COACHING REQUIREMENTS

- Complete a Criminal Record check
- Sign a BC Ringette Coaches Code of Conduct
New coaches wanted!… Chilliwack ringette supports all new aspiring coaches. Coaches receive access to coaching certification and support from the association’s Director of Coaching Michelle Bettles. COACHING CERTIFICATION AVAILABLE – CSI (NEW COACHES)
Community Sport Initiation (CSI)
- Tuesday, June 1st and Thursday, June 3rd
- 6:00PM – 10:00PM PST
- Virtual Classroom
- *Coaches must attend both sessions in their entirety to receive credit for the course
- Coaches can register here www.coachingringette.ca
Coaches who need to take CSI are:
U12 and Below – all coaches (Head and Assistant) must be CSI Trained, and have the following credentials/courses completed
- Complete the CSI coaching course
- Complete the Making Ethical Decisions Module AND Online Evaluation
- Respect in Sport or CAC Safe Sport Training
- Making Headway in Sport
U14 Club – all coaches (Head and Assistant) must be CSI Trained, and have the following credentials/courses completed
- Complete the CSI coaching course
- Complete the Making Ethical Decisions Module AND Online Evaluation
- Respect in Sport or CAC Safe Sport Training
- Making Headway in Sport
